Refund Policy

If your page was not published due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you wish to withdraw your publication within 14 days of payment, contact us at contact@pomen.mk and we will issue a refund.

Refunds are processed by Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Pages taken down for violating the Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
