Pomen.mk is a service for publishing obituaries and memorials. By using this site you agree to these terms.

The publisher warrants that they have the right to publish the submitted information and photographs, and that the content is accurate and published in good faith. Publishing offensive, false, or unlawful content, or content about living persons without their consent, is prohibited.

We reserve the right to take down any page that violates these terms, without refund.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never have access to your card details. By purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

A published page remains available permanently unless taken down by the publisher or removed for violating these terms.
